Scale and Deposit Control treatments
BWT - 200

BWT-200 is a liquid blend of polymeric sludge conditioners and an organic phosphate material that functions as a crystal growth modifier.  BWT-200 is highly effective in the inhibition of calcium, magnesium and especially iron deposits.  BWT-200 is also effective in the removal of scale-like deposits.

BWT - 201

BWT-201 is a liquid blend of polymeric sludge conditioners and a cheat that functions as a crystal growth modifier.  BWT-201 is highly effective in the inhibition of calcium, magnesium and iron deposits.  BWT-201 is also effective in the removal of scale-like deposits.  BWT-201 is registered with NSF International (Registration #049337).

BWT - 204

BWT-204 is a chemically balanced boiler water treatment.  It is recommended for use as a main component of a total water treatment program where hardness is present in the boiler feedwater.  BWT-204 contains polymeric sludge conditioners, chelating agents, an oxygen scavenger, and a hydrate alkalinity builder.

BWT - 205

BWT-205 is a liquid polymeric sludge conditioner.  It is recommended for use as an adjunct to standard steam boiler treatments when additional sludge conditioning is required.  BWT-205 may also be used for the removal of scale-like deposits.  BWT-205 is certified Kosher.

BWT - 205H

BWT-205H is a liquid polymeric sludge conditioner.  It is recommended for use as an adjunct to standard steam boiler treatments when additional sludge conditioning is required.  BWT-205H may also be used for the removal of scale-like deposits.

BWT - 205W

BWT-205W is a liquid blend of polymeric sludge conditioners and an organic phosphate material that functions as a crystal growth modifier.  BWT-205W is highly effective in the inhibition of calcium, magnesium, and iron deposits.  BWT-205W may also be effective under some conditions in the removal of scale-like deposits.  BWT-205W is certified Kosher and registered with NSF International (Registration #137559).

BWT - 206

BWT-206   is an advanced boiler treatment compound designed to completely fluidize phosphate treatment sludge and disperse iron oxides so they can easily be removed from the boiler through normal blowdown.  BWT-206 also conditions boiler metal surfaces to prevent boiler sludge from adhering and forming a heat insulating scale.

BWT - 207

BWT-207 is a complete boiler water treatment incorporating polymeric sludge conditioners, an oxygen scavenger and alkalinity builders.  BWT-207 provides excellent scale and corrosion inhibition in boilers where the make-up water is low in hardness.

BWT - 209

BWT-209 is a chemically balanced boiler water treatment.  It is recommended for use as a main component of a total water treatment program where the boiler feedwater is relatively soft.  BWT-209 contains polymeric sludge conditioners, chelating agents, an oxygen scavenger, and a hydrate alkalinity builder.

BWT - 212

BWT-212 is a complete boiler water treatment incorporating polymeric sludge conditioners, an oxygen scavenger and alkalinity builders.  BWT-212 provides excellent scale and  corrosion inhibition in boilers where the make-up water contains a relatively high amount of hardness.

BWT - 220

BWT-220 is a liquid blend of chelating agents and an anionic polymeric sludge conditioner.  It is recommended for use as a dispersant in systems where low sludge volumes are required.  BWT-220 may also be used to remove soft boiler deposits.

BWT - 250

BWT-250 is a highly concentrated liquid blend of polyphosphates that may be fed to the boiler feedwater tank, feedwater lines or directly to the boiler.  BWT-250 provides excellent corrosion inhibition of boiler surfaces where feedwater is soft.  BWT-250 is most effectively used in conjunction with an oxygen scavenger and a polymeric sludge conditioner.

BWT - 256

BWT-256 is a concentrated liquid blend of polyphosphates and a polymeric sludge conditioner.  BWT-256 provides excellent corrosion and scale inhibition in one complete product.  BWT-256 should be used in conjunction with an oxygen scavenger.

BWT - 258

BWT-258 is a concentrated liquid blend of polyphosphates, an alkali for hydroxyl alkalinity adjustment, and an anionic sludge conditioner.  BWT-258 should be used in conjunction with an oxygen scavenger.

BWT - 295

BWT-295 is a liquid blend of a polymeric sludge conditioner and an alkali for hydroxyl alkalinity control.  It should be used as an adjunct to a complete water treatment program where hardness level in the boiler feedwater is relatively high.

BWT - 600

BWT-600 is a powder formulation of Trisodium phosphate designed to precipitate hardness in the boiler water as a sludge to be removed through normal blowdown.  BWT-600 is certified Kosher and registered with NSF International (Registration #049351).

BWT - 602

BWT-602 is a powder formulation of polyphosphates designed to precipitate hardness in the boiler water as a sludge to be removed through normal blowdown.  The stability of BWT-602 allows feeding of the product to the feedwater tank without fear of sludge build up in the feedwater lines.

BWT - 807

oxygen scavengers
BWT - 211

BWT-211 is a liquid blend of an alkaline compound and an oxygen scavenger.  It should be used as an adjunct to a complete water treatment program where hardness level in the boiler feedwater is relatively high and additional oxygen scavenger is required.  (NSF Registration #049342)

BWT - 231

BWT-231 is a powder formulation of sodium sulfite with a cobalt catalyst designed to instantly react with dissolved oxygen to prevent corrosion.  BWT-231 reacts with dissolved oxygen to form completely soluble and harmless compounds, thereby preventing oxygen pitting in the boiler.

BWT - 232

BWT-232 is a catalyzed, concentrated sodium sulfite liquid solution.  When fed to the deaerator or boiler feedwater tank, BWT-232 reacts with any dissolved oxygen present quickly to prevent oxygen pitting.

BWT - 235

BWT-235 is a liquid blend of Sodium Erythorbate.  BWT-235 may be used as an oxygen scavenger in boiler feedwater or as a corrosion inhibitor in closed systems.  Unlike sulfite products, BWT-235 will not appreciably add to the total dissolved solids of the system water.  And unlike Hydrazine products, BWT-235 is generally recognized as safe by the FDA and is acceptable as a food ingredient.

BWT - 236

BWT-236 is a powder formulation of sodium sulfite designed to react with dissolved oxygen in boiler feed water to prevent corrosion.  BWT-236 reacts with dissolved oxygen to form completely soluble and harmless compounds, thereby preventing oxygen pitting in the boiler.  BWT-236 does not contain a carcinogenic cobalt catalyst.

BWT - 238

BWT-238 is a catalyzed, concentrated sodium metabisulfite solution designed to react with dissolved oxygen as it enters the boiler, thereby protecting the boiler system from oxygen pitting.

BWT - 833

Solid Concentrate - BWT-833 is a proprietary boiler water treatment containing decharacterized sodium sulfite and sodium lignosulfate.  It reduces the potential for oxygen corrosion in boiler water systems.   All components conform to FDA Title 21, Section 173 Boiler Water Additives.  BWT-833 is used as a supplement where there is a significant level of dissolved oxygen in the boiler feedwater.  All of the ingredients in BWT-833 comply with Title 21 CFR Part 173.310 for Boiler Water Additives.  For more information on the use of this product Click Here.

 
 
Hot Water Closed System Treatments
BWT - 12

BWT-12 is  a combination blend of acrylate polymers and phosphorous compounds.  It is recommended for use in closed systems, either hot or chilled, to protect both ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces from corrosion.  As a secondary function it also helps to inhibit scale formation.

BWT - 20

BWT-20 is a combination blend of an anionic sludge conditioner, a molybdate compound and yellow metal corrosion inhibitors.  BWT-20 provides complete corrosion and scale inhibition for both hot and chilled closed systems.

BWT - 22

BWT-22 is a combination blend of an anionic sludge conditioner, a nitrite borate mild steel corrosion inhibitor and yellow metal corrosion inhibitors.  BWT-22 provides complete corrosion and scale inhibition for both hot and chilled closed systems.

BWT - 23

BWT-23 is a combination blend of a nitrite borate mild steel corrosion inhibitor and yellow metal corrosion inhibitors. BWT-23 provides complete corrosion protection for both hot and chilled closed systems.

BWT - 24

BWT-24 is a combination blend of a polymeric phosphinocarboxylic acid, a molybdate compound and yellow metal corrosion inhibitors.  BWT-24 provides complete corrosion and scale inhibition for both hot and chilled closed systems.

BWT - 820

Vola Mene 1

Vola Mene 1 is a steam line treatment used to control corrosion in steam and condensate lines. Vola Mene 1 contains morpholine and ammonium hydroxide.  These active ingredients comply with Section 173.310 of the Code of Federal Regulations for use as a boiler water additive where steam may contact food products other than milk or milk products.

Vola Mene 2

Vola Mene 2 is a steam line treatment used to control corrosion in steam and condensate lines. Vola Mene 2 contains morpholine and cyclohexylamine.  These active ingredients comply with Section 173.310 of the Code of Federal Regulations for use as a boiler water additive where steam may contact food products other than milk or milk products.

Vola Mene 3

Vola Mene 3 is a steam line treatment used to control corrosion in steam and condensate lines. Vola Mene 9 is a steam line treatment used to control corrosion in steam and condensate lines.  Vola Mene 9 delivers both the neutralizing advantages of a volatile amine and the barrier inhibition properties provided by a filming amine type ingredient to provide wide range corrosion inhibition.

Vola Mene 11

Vola Mene 11 is a steam line treatment used to control corrosion in steam and condensate lines. Vola Mene 11 contains cyclohexylamine.  These active ingredients comply with Section 173.310 of the Code of Federal Regulations for use as a boiler water additive where steam may contact food products other than milk or milk products.  (NSF Registration #049368)

Vola Mene 12

Vola Mene 12 is a flake Octadecylamine used to prevent corrosion in steam and condensate lines.  Vola Mene 12 delivers corrosion protection via barrier inhibition of metal surfaces.  This corrosion inhibition mechanism is especially desirable in systems with extensive steam line runs or in systems where there is a significant amount of oxygen intake through leaks.

Vola Mene 16

Vola Mene 16 is a steam line treatment used to control corrosion in steam and condensate lines. Vola Mene 16 contains three different amines which provide wide coverage of a condensate system.  The active ingredients comply with Section 173.310 of the Code of Federal Regulations for use as a boiler water additive where steam may contact food products other than milk or milk products.

BWT - 400

BWT-400 is an effective penetrating and dispersing agent. It is also effective as an oil solvent, peptizing agent and inhibitor. BWT-400 penetrates biomasses and improves the efficiency of microbiocides.

BWT - 401

BWT-401 is a silicone based antifoam emulsion useful for defoaming aqueous systems.  BWT-401 may be used in either steam boilers or cooling water where foaming is a problem.

BWT - 404

BWT-404 is a combination of dispersing agents and scale inhibitors for use in the removal and prevention of inorganic deposits in industrial water systems.  BWT-404 is particularly useful in the removal of oil, slime and silt and is also effective in preventing the formation of new non-microbiological deposits.

BWT - 411

BWT-411 is a surface-active agent useful for defoaming aqueous systems. BWT-411 may be used in steam boilers to reduce foaming tendency and physical entrainment of boiler water in the steam. BWT-411 may be used in steam boilers where the generated steam may contact foods.  (NSF Registration #049349)

F.O.C.T.

F.O.C.T. is a fuel oil additive designed to eliminate the problems associated with the  tank storage and handling of fuel oils.  It reduces the viscosity of residual fuel oils and has a fluidizing effect at all temperatures, which provides for more efficient pumping and handling.  Sludge that typically clogs strainers, nozzles, preheaters and lines is dispersed in the fuel oil, thereby reducing maintenance problems.  F.O.C.T. also forms a protective film on the internal surfaces of storage tanks and piping, reducing corrosion and deposit build up.
